Epoxy Injection Resins
Structural bonding is obtained by means of low viscosity and high viscosity epoxy injection resins. Epoxy resin provides for permanent bonding even of smallest cracks and crack ramifications in concrete and masonry thanks to its high adhesive tensile strength and inherent strength. WEBAC EP injection resins are compatible with masonry mortar, concrete, steel, foil and cable sheathing. WEBAC EP resin is also very resistant to salts, lyes and acids which may damage the building structure.

Surface sealing: bituminous acrylate sealants and bituminous thick coatings for sealing surfaces in building structures Special reactive bituminous acrylate sealants are used for sealing surfaces in building structures. They are suitable for undergrade building structures as well as for freely accessible building structures. Structural elements with ground contact, however, must be laid bare before bitumen coatings for surface sealing can be applied. Bituminous coatings withstand high water loads and are especially suited for use in monument conservation.
PU Combi Injection Resins
PU combi injection resin for a permanent sealing effect with fast foam formation PU combi injection resin is a PU hybrid product consisting of polyurethane foam resins (PU foam) and polyurethane resins (PU). This injection material stands out due to its fast foam formation upon contact with water and its permanent sealing effect. But it also reacts without water contact forming a compound of constant volume. PU combi injection resin combines the positive properties of PU foam resins and PU resins. It is suitable for specific application ranges such as crack injections and damp proof courses in case of large cavities and in-situ water (short working time). PU hybrid resin from WEBAC is compatible with concrete, steel, masonry mortar, foil and cable sheathing.
Swelling Tapes for Joints
Swelling Tapes are used for sealing construction joints and joints in precast concrete constructions. Swellable joint fillers from WEBAC are used for joints exposed to ground water, slope water or surface water. It is also suitable for sealing pipe passageways can even be installed in open joints. Swelling Tapes swell upon contact with water. The resulting expansion pressure and the related contact pressure provide for a reliable sealing process. They can also be used for structural elements exposed to salt or fertilizer and have an excellent resistance to chemicals.
HIS Hybrid Injection System
The positive properties of cement and PU in one system: this is WEBAC® HIS. With a lot of experience and knowhow, we have succeeded in developing the WEBAC Hybrid Injection Resin. WEBAC Hybrid Injection Resin is a reactive resin component to modify and improve cement injections. Early strengthening, stabilizing and sealing cement injections are possible – even with the ingress of flowing water. If required, HIS injection resin can be combined with accelerators or foaming agents from the WEBAC modular system.
